This month’s presentation will focus on the roles and responsibilities of a trustee and durable power of attorney, including what each role involves, how they differ, and why choosing the right person is an important part of the estate planning process.

Miranda Dressler has been practicing law since 2009. After graduating from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, she practiced in both criminal and civil law before finding her passion in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Miranda is a frequent featured speaker for educational workshops, including Trustee School. She is committed to creating a supportive experience for her clients by listening carefully and providing guidance that is practical and easy to understand.
