BASH 2025 Auction Donation Letter and Form

Dear Friend of PEF,

On behalf of the Petaluma Educational Foundation (PEF), we invite you to support our largest fundraising event of the year - The BASH, taking place on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

This elegant evening brings together over 450 guests from across our community for dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions—all to benefit 12,000 students across 35 TK-12 schools in Petaluma. Since 1982, PEF has granted more than $10 million to local schools, and your donation helps us continue this powerful legacy.

How You Can Help!

We are seeking in-kind donations of Gift Certificates,Unique Experiences,
Dining Packages,Services or Specialty Items.

Your contribution will be featured in our event materials and auction catalog,
and seen by hundreds of community members.

1. Complete the enclosed donation form and return it by August 1, 2025.
