Healthy Habits, Healthy Screens: A Petaluma Partnership
Hosted by the Healthy Petaluma District Foundation (HPDF) in partnership with the Petaluma Educational Foundation (PEF) and Blue Zones Project Petaluma, the Technology & Youth Speaker Series brought families, educators, and community members together to explore one of the most timely topics facing parents today, how to raise healthy, connected kids in a digital world.
Through two engaging sessions, speakers shared insights and practical strategies for families navigating screen time, social media, and technology use. The conversations offered guidance on fostering balance, communication, and wellbeing for children and teens as they grow up in an increasingly digital environment.
